For many of us their vacations seem incomplete if they can not go out each night and enjoy what they consider a genuine vacation with their couple, family or friends. Fortunately for these tourists Puerto Vallarta is basically a place where you can go out each night and go to a wide variety of places where all tastes can be fulfilled.

The regular kick off point is the famous Malecon, mainly because it is here that some of the best bars and nightclubs are found. The recently renovated beach promenade, known locally as “el malecon”, is located beside the beach and is the heart of the fun of Puerto Vallarta nightlife.

Undeniably, one of the most commonly visited clubs in the evening is Christine disco at the Hotel Krystal, this disco is not on the malecon.

There’s also the Zoo Nightclub, this club offers house music, including reggae, pop and plenty more for people that enjoy all kinds of music, it is located right on the malecon.

Another good spot is La Vaquita, a place offering delicious micheladas, a drink that is prepared by mixing lager with a selection of other ingredients including lime, tamarind, chile, strawberry, mango, etc, you must have one.

If you are into rock, there also are options for you, for example Bebotero, this bar offers live rock music covers to sing along to and revel in the entire rocking night. Maybe you’re looking for something with a rather more Mexican style, El Mariachi Loco is the right place, with live music, mariachi, boleros and romantic music. It’s no doubt the ideal place to experience the flavor of real Mexico.

Perhaps you love listening to some jazz at Le Bistro on the Cuale Island which also, once in a while, offers live jazz.

One more possibility is to take a night tour, relaxing while you sail in the waters of the Banderas Bay enjoying cocktails, a delicious dinner and the lovely views that Puerto Vallarta’s natural beauties have to offer you.
