Calgary is a great place to take bobsledding holidays. However, it’s a very popular sports, so you’ll need to ensure that you book your bobsleigh ride at the Canada Olympic Park in advance. Some rules do apply, these include that you weigh no more than 250 pounds, be over 16 years old and don’t wear bulky clothing such as large boots or jackets as it’s difficult to fit into the sleigh. Lasting 60 seconds, you’ll be piloted by a professional driver around 14 turns at gravity force five and maximum speeds of 120 km/h on the same course that Olympians use.
